Acceptance of Terms

By using Lilawan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Service Description

Lilawan is a mobile application for managing group camping trips in Thailand. Features include expense splitting, gear checklists, itinerary planning, photo sharing, and settlement tracking among camp members.

User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your passcode and device
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You may not create accounts for others without their consent
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal activities
• Upload offensive, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with the app's operation or infrastructure
• Use the app to harass or intimidate other users
• Manipulate expense or settlement records fraudulently

Financial Features

• Expense splitting and settlement calculations are provided as a convenience tool
• Lilawan is not a financial institution and does not process actual payments
• Settlement tracking is based on user-reported data; verify all amounts independently
• AI receipt scanning may contain errors; always review scanned amounts before confirming

Content & Uploads

• You retain ownership of photos and content you upload
• By uploading, you grant Lilawan a license to store and display your content within the app
• Receipt images sent for AI scanning are processed by Google Gemini and are not stored after processing
• We may remove content that violates these terms

Limitation of Liability

Lilawan is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Data loss due to device failure or sync issues
• Inaccurate AI scan results or calculation errors
• Disputes between camp members over expenses
• Service interruptions or downtime

Use the data export feature regularly to back up your data.

Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from Settings
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
