Information We Collect

Lilawan collects the following information to provide our camping group management service:

Account information: nickname, avatar preference, and optional LINE login profile
Camp data: camp names, dates, locations, itineraries, and member lists you create or join
Financial data: expense amounts, split details, and settlement records within your camps
Photos: images you upload to camp galleries or for receipt scanning
Device information: device tokens for push notifications, device type for analytics
Location data: only when you explicitly use check-in or map features

To provide camp management, expense splitting, and settlement features
To send push notifications about camp activity (settlements, join requests, weather alerts)
To scan receipts using AI for automatic expense entry
To improve app performance and fix bugs
We do not sell your personal data to third parties

Your data is stored on secured PostgreSQL databases
File uploads are stored via Supabase Storage with access controls
All API communication uses HTTPS encryption
Passcodes are hashed and never stored in plain text
The app works offline; local data is stored in an encrypted SQLite database on your device

Lilawan integrates with:

Google Gemini AI — for receipt scanning (images are processed but not stored by Google)
Firebase Cloud Messaging — for push notifications
LINE Login — for optional social authentication
Google Maps — for map display and directions
Thai Meteorological Department — for weather data

Camp data is retained as long as the camp exists
You can export your data from Settings at any time
Account deletion removes all your personal data, expense records, and uploaded photos
Shared camp data (expenses you created) will be anonymized upon account deletion
